Stirling Festival of Sacred Praise
President's Message 2026

I would like to start by expressing a Big Thank You to all who helped us celebrate our 75th Anniversary. A Special Thank You to those who participated in our Special Anniversary Concert and those who attended to the evening of musical talent. We are truly blessed to be able to carry on this musical opportunity.

The Stirling Festival of Sacred Praise is an annual event promoting a love of Sacred Praise, especially among young people. This continues to be our main objective. We offer both competitive and non-competitive classes. This encourages music-making adults & young people to perform at all levels, while sharing their talent with others. All entrants are encouraged to enter as many categories in which you are eligible and review the rules so the proper classes are entered.

The well qualified Adjudicators offer praise and constructive criticism in classes of Speech Arts, Piano, Vocal, Strings, Woodwinds, Brass and Bands. This helps the participants build upon the skills which God has given them.

We truly appreciate the dedication of teachers, contestants, volunteers and sponsors and look forward to their continued participation in years to come. Thank you sincerely for your past support to the Stirling Festival of Sacred Praise. As plans are made for the upcoming festival, it is our hope you will see fit to continue supporting this avenue of “Promoting the Love of Sacred Praise” especially among our young people.

All classes are open to the public, and you are encouraged to come and sit awhile to enjoy the many talented performers in our area. The Stars Concert on May 22nd is the high point for many young performers as well as their families and supporters. It is also the conclusion of a busy two weeks of performances. We hope you will take time to include some or all in your agenda.

We encourage you to view our website http://www.stirlingfestival.com. We are very happy to be able to offer this avenue of communication and hope it will be beneficial to you.

We look forward to another successful festival of learning and participation.

Donna Russett, President
